1. About Top10Token
Top10Token is a token discovery and visibility platform. It may display market data, token pages, rankings, community reactions, newly detected trading pairs, project submissions, sponsored placements and paid Boost positions across multiple blockchain networks.
2. No financial advice or endorsement
Information displayed on Top10Token is for informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. A token appearing on the platform, being listed, boosted, promoted, highly ranked or receiving community activity does not mean that Top10Token recommends, verifies or endorses the token or its team.
3. Market data
Price, liquidity, market capitalization, volume, transactions, pair age and other market information may be obtained from third-party blockchain and market-data providers. Data can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Users should verify important information directly on-chain and with the relevant trading venue before making decisions.
3A. CoinGecko on-chain data
Top10Token currently integrates CoinGecko on-chain API data for parts of its market display. The CoinGecko API and associated data services are property of Gecko Labs Pte. Ltd. and are provided subject to CoinGecko's own API terms. CoinGecko does not operate, endorse or sponsor Top10Token and bears no responsibility for Top10Token, its rankings, promotions, users or any financial decision made using this platform. Where CoinGecko data is displayed, Top10Token provides attribution in accordance with the applicable provider requirements.
4. Free token and presale listings
Projects, including eligible presale projects, may apply for a standard listing free of charge. Free submission does not guarantee publication, a specific ranking, review time or continued availability. Top10Token may reject, delay, edit or remove a submission when information is misleading, incomplete, unlawful, abusive, duplicated or creates security or reputational risk.
5. Boosts and sponsored promotion
Boosts and promoted placements are optional paid visibility products. Boost points may influence a dedicated Boost leaderboard or sponsored placement but do not represent investment quality, safety or expected performance. Paid placements will be presented as boosted, promoted or sponsored where appropriate. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, purchases of promotional visibility are final once delivery has started.
6. Manual purchases and crypto payments
During the initial launch period, some Boost or promotional orders may be arranged manually through an official Top10Token contact channel. Customers are responsible for confirming that they are using the official channel and sending funds to the correct network and address. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
6A. Automatic wallet Boost payments
Where enabled, Top10Token may allow a user to connect a compatible wallet and send the displayed native cryptocurrency amount directly to a public Top10Token receiving address. The platform verifies the on-chain transaction, recipient, amount and confirmation status before applying the associated Boost points. Top10Token does not request or store wallet seed phrases or private keys. Blockchain payments are normally irreversible, and the user is responsible for checking the selected network, wallet account, amount and transaction before approving it. A Boost is a paid visibility feature only and does not represent endorsement or investment quality.
7. Community features
Community actions such as likes, watchlists and reactions are intended as engagement signals only. Top10Token may use technical safeguards, rate limits and anti-abuse systems and may remove manipulated, automated or fraudulent activity from public metrics.
8. Project responsibilities
A person submitting or claiming a project confirms that they are authorized to provide the submitted information and that the content does not infringe third-party rights. Projects must not intentionally provide false contract addresses, impersonate another project, hide material risks or use Top10Token to facilitate fraud or unlawful activity.
9. Availability and changes
Features, rankings, data sources, supported networks and promotional products may change over time. Top10Token does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent listing. Maintenance, provider outages, blockchain congestion and other events may temporarily affect the service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Top10Token is not responsible for trading losses, token price movements, smart-contract failures, scams, rug pulls, wallet compromise, third-party service failures or decisions made using information displayed on the platform.
11. Suspension and removal
Top10Token may suspend, hide or remove projects, promotions or users when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, investigate abuse or enforce these Terms. Paid visibility does not prevent a project from being removed for fraud, security or legal reasons.
12. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the platform evolves. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
