1. Information we may process

Top10Token may process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs and security events. If you submit or claim a token, we may also process the project information and contact details you provide.

2. Community interactions

Likes, watchlists and similar features may require a browser identifier, account identifier or other anti-abuse signal so that the platform can limit duplicate activity and maintain accurate counters.

3. Why we use information

Information may be used to operate the website, process submissions and promotions, prevent abuse, improve performance, answer support requests, maintain records and comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-party services

Top10Token may use hosting, analytics, security and market-data providers. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Public blockchain information is inherently public and may be obtained from third-party APIs or directly from blockchain infrastructure. Current on-chain market displays may use CoinGecko / GeckoTerminal API services. CoinGecko is an independent third-party provider and is not responsible for Top10Token or decisions made using Top10Token.

4A. Wallet and transaction data

If you use an optional wallet payment feature, Top10Token may process the public wallet account used for the transaction, transaction hash, blockchain network, payment amount and Boost order details so that the payment can be verified and the requested promotion delivered. Top10Token does not request or store wallet private keys or recovery phrases. Blockchain transaction information is public by design.

5. Retention and security

We aim to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legal obligations, fraud prevention or dispute resolution. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding personal information. Requests can be made through the official contact channel published on Top10Token.com.

7. Children

Top10Token is not intended for children. Users who purchase paid promotional products must be legally able to enter into the transaction in their jurisdiction.
